Welcome back, fellow Disney enthusiasts! We're overjoyed to share the scoop on the return of the Disney Dining Plan at Walt Disney World Resorts in 2024. The magic is back, and we're here to guide you through the enchanting world of dining options that await you and your family on your next magical vacation to the happiest place on earth.
What's the Disney Dining Plan all about?
Starting January 9th, 2024, the Disney Dining Plan is your ticket to a culinary adventure at Walt Disney World Resorts. Picture this: prepaid meal credits that unlock your dining and snacking experiences throughout your stay. It's like having a golden key to a world of flavors, and we're here to make sure you know how to use it!
Once we add the dining plan to your vacation package, you'll receive a stash of pre-purchased meal credits. These magical credits can be used for table service meals, quick-service delights, and even scrumptious snacks. One meal or snack equals one credit—simple, right?
And here's the scoop on the two dining plans to choose from: the Disney Dining Plan (Table Service Plan) and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.
The Disney Dining Plan will allot 1 table service meal credit per night, 1 quick-service meal credit per night, 1 snack credit per night, and 1 resort-refillable drink mug per guest ages 3 and up.
The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan will allot 2 quick-service meal credits per night, 1 snack credit per night, and 1 resort-refillable drink mug per guest ages 3 and up.
New Twists for the Disney Dining Plan in 2024
Now, let's talk about what's cooking in 2024. Say goodbye to the Deluxe and Plus plans—this year, it's all about the Disney Dining Plan and the Quick-Service Dining Plan. But fear not, more options may sprinkle in like pixie dust in the future.
Pricing has seen a little shake-up, with a gentle rise for the adults and a sprinkle of savings for the kiddos. As for where to dine and how how it works, we've got the lowdown. Plus, Disney's thrown in a little extra magic for our guests aged 21 and above!
Here are some important things to note about the Dining Plan...
